The program rests on five pillars: proactive maintenance, luxury-grade housekeeping, security oversight, quality audits and transparent reporting. For owners who want rental income, Zen Hospitality adds dynamic pricing, multi-channel distribution, professional guest screening and monthly performance dashboards. Every service is designed to preserve property value while the residence earns its keep.
The team is led by José Miguel Fonseca (Managing Partner), Eduardo Carrasco (COO) and Diego Chavarría (Local Operations Manager). Their modular service model adapts to each owner’s profile, whether they visit monthly, seasonally or rent full-time.
