Grupo Zen was born from the meeting of two friends — Marco Zúñiga and Hans Yankelewitz — who, after building careers in banking, venture capital and M&A across Central America, decided to join paths and build a real estate developer where every decision, from idea to delivery, passed through the same hands.

Graduated with highest honors in international business and finance from Berkeley College. Marco spent years in Central American banking, venture capital and M&A before co-founding Grupo Zen. He brings a financier’s rigor to every land acquisition and a builder’s instinct to every design review.
Hans Yankelewitz

Graduated Magna Cum Laude in entrepreneurship and finance from Babson College. Hans led M&A transactions exceeding US$500M in enterprise value across real estate, energy, education and construction before co-founding Grupo Zen. His ability to see opportunity where others see complexity is the reason the company builds where and how it does.
