The first bank pre-qualification issued by Promerica appraised each Santa Ana Urbano unit at US$311,000, an external validation of the appreciation the project has earned.

This week, Grupo Zen received the first external pre-qualification for Santa Ana Urbano: Promerica appraised each unit at US$311,000. The figure is neither a list price nor a projection. It is what a bank is willing to back today with a mortgage in the hands of the final buyer.

The result confirms the thesis behind Santa Ana Urbano: a townhouse condominium in the heart of the Santa Ana valley, along a corridor with unusually high residential demand and a structural shortage of comparable supply. The appreciation studies that projected sustained annual growth are now showing up in the banks’ own books.

Additional pre-qualifications from partner institutions (BAC, BCR, Lafise, BNCR) are still to come. Each one will add another data point to the equation. For the owners who have already signed their unit, the read is clear: the asset they secured keeps gaining ground.
